Key Responsibilities:
1. *Consultation and Guidance*:
– Conduct one-on-one consultations with students to understand their educational goals, preferences, and aspirations.
– Provide expert advice on study destinations, courses, and universities that align with the students’ educational and career objectives.
2. *Application Support*:
– Assist students in preparing and submitting university applications, ensuring that all documentation is complete and accurate.
– Guide students in writing personal statements, CVs, and preparing for interviews.
3. *Visa Assistance*:
– Provide information on student visa requirements and processes for various countries.
– Assist with the visa application process, ensuring timely submission and adherence to regulations.
4. *Information Sessions and Workshops*:
– Organize and conduct workshops and information sessions to educate students about studying abroad, including topics like scholarships, cultural adaptation, and living abroad.
5. *Market Research*:
– Stay updated on trends in the education sector, including changes in visa regulations, new courses, and university rankings.
– Research and maintain knowledge of potential universities and programs to better assist students.
6. *Relationship Management*:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and educational institutions abroad.
– Network with educational agents, alumni, and other stakeholders to enhance the consultation process.
7. *Follow-Up and Support*:
– Provide ongoing support to students during their application process and after placement, including pre-departure briefings.
– Handle queries and concerns, providing quick and effective solutions.
8. *Documentation and Record Keeping*:
– Maintain detailed records of student consultations, applications, and follow-ups.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in education, counselling, or a related field.
– Prior experience in education consulting or student counselling is preferred.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Knowledge of the study abroad process, including visa requirements and application procedures.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software.
