Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Tour Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of travel destinations, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to design and sell travel packages that meet the specific needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities: –

• Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget constraints.
• Research and develop customized itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and attractions.
• Provide expert advice on travel destinations, including visa requirements, health precautions, and cultural insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destination information, and industry developments.
• Handle booking processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Participate in promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and travel fairs to attract new clients.

Qualifications: –

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Tour Consultant or in a similar role within the travel industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using travel booking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Passion for travel and in-depth knowledge of various travel destinations. – Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
